Important: 7th CPC values are the published baseline. Projected columns are generated by multiplying each cell by the selected fitment factor and rounding to the nearest ₹100 a deliberate simplification. The actual 8th CPC may restructure levels, change the increment rate, or merge DA differently. Always refer to the official gazette notification once issued.
How to read this matrix
Each row represents a pay level (1–18), matching the levels introduced by the 7th CPC. The first cell in each row is the entry pay for that level. Subsequent cells represent annual increments of 3%, rounded to the nearest ₹100, following the convention used in the published matrix. The projected view multiplies every cell by your chosen fitment factor it is a mathematical illustration only, not a forecast of the 8th CPC structure.
