The Site provides informational content and estimation tools relating to India's 8th Central Pay Commission. All content including calculator outputs, projections, comparisons and news items is provided for general informational purposes only.

The Site is unofficial and independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Government of India, the Ministry of Finance, the Department of Expenditure, DoPT, or the 8th Central Pay Commission.

3. No professional advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, financial, tax, or service advice. Calculator results are estimates based on user-supplied inputs and the assumptions we disclose. They must not be used as the basis for any official, financial or legal decision. For authoritative figures, always refer to the relevant Government notification or your department's pay fixation order.

4. Accuracy and "as is" disclaimer

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable care to present accurate information, we make no warranties or representations express or implied about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability or availability of the Site or the information it contains.

Pay Commission recommendations, effective dates, fitment factors and every other parameter are subject to official notification. Any figure presented as "expected", "projected", "estimated" or "speculated" is expressly not a statement of fact.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or otherwise arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this Site or any information obtained from it.

This includes, without limitation, any loss arising from reliance on calculator outputs, projections, news items, or any other content on the Site.

The Site's original content including text, layout, calculator logic, design and code is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Underlying Government data (such as the published 7th CPC Pay Matrix) is used for informational purposes and remains the property of the Government of India. We claim no ownership over such data.

You may view, download and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use including republication, redistribution or commercial exploitation requires our prior written consent.

8. Third-party links

The Site contains links to third-party websites (including Government portals). These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party site.

9. Advertising

The Site currently displays no third-party advertising. If we ever accept advertising in future, it will be clearly labelled and editorially separated from content. No advertiser will have any input into figures, analysis or opinions expressed on this site.

10. User submissions

By submitting content through our Contact page (corrections, suggestions, feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and publish that content in connection with the Site. You confirm that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
